Membership Packages

Unlimited Membership includes daily access* to the Hidden Sanctuary for a 90-minute training session including: breathwork, ice bath, steam sauna, infrared sauna, hot tub, meditation and movement.

We offer direct instruction for each session and free time so that you can play with the elements (hot, cold, breathing etc.) in our incredible, private wellness sanctuary.
