The Human Aeon Method is based on four core pillars of practice:
breathwork, meditation, functional movement
and contrast therapy (heat and cold exposure therapy).
These practices are ancient, natural methods and recently there has been a resurgence in their practice due to several scientific studies that have been published regarding their wide range of health benefits. We combine time-tested wisdom with modern science to offer practices that empower individuals to feel better, think clearer, and live deeper.

Breathing techniques have been used for thousands of years to reset the nervous system, shift blood chemistry, boost energy, and enhance emotional resilience. Our instructors teach four types of breathing techniques so that practitioners can learn how to shift their state at will.
