Opening the first week of November in the courtyard of Yogalution Movement.

Human Aeon is creating a new outdoor sanctuary devoted to the essential practices of human wellbeing — a place to step away from the noise, reconnect with the body, and return to yourself.

Traditional Saunas, Cold Plunges, Meditation Stations, and an outdoor Movement Space.

Sanctuary Sessions

Sanctuary Session: Breathwork, Sauna, Cold Plunge

A 90-minute guided experience with expert facilitation from start to finish. Includes instructor-led breathwork, cold plunge guidance, infrared sauna, traditional sauna, hot tub, plus time in our sanctuary to relax, meditate and exercise.

Sauna & Cold Plunge (Self-Guided)

Self-directed 90-minute sanctuary access. Use all facilities at your own pace: cold plunge, hot tub, infrared sauna, traditional sauna, meditation and movement areas. No instructor guidance. For experienced practitioners who prefer independent practice.

Guided breathwork in the cozy room with the fireplace.. and COLD spacious cold plunge followed by some sauna time. I always leave feeling SO good. Vanessa holds a solid container when she guides you in the breathwork and cold plunge and then you’re left to warm up and relax on your own in the saunas or jacuzzi. I attended a full moon event last week as well as their one year anniversary gathering too and I’ve really enjoyed the vibe of everyone I’ve met so far.
